FAQs

How do I book a session with Paisley Perfect Photography?

You can start the process by clicking one of the “lets book a session” buttons here on the website which will take you to my inquiry form to give me a little more info about what you are wanting. You can also message me on Facebook, send me a text or even the old fashion phone call will work too.

What can I expect during my session?

First, expect me to forget your name because, well, its what I do! Most people aren’t 100% comfortable in front of the camera, and I get that. Take a deep breath, relax and let me handle it, I will walk you through posing, and answer any questions like “what do I do with my hands?” I do my best to keep things fun and light with my own cringeworthy bad jokes and silly dances to get those genuine smiles. Kids will be kids and sometimes we have to explore for a few minutes during a session, I will encourage them to explore and snap along the way, capturing both candid “real” moments and posed traditional photos.

What happens after the session?

After the session the hard part for you is done. Well, as long as you can be patient! My turn around time for regular sessions is 2-3 weeks and for weddings it is 4-6 weeks. Don’t worry, you’ll get a sneak peek on social media (if you want one) before that. Once your gallery is delivered you will be able to see, share and love your images. All sessions come with a set number of digital images, you will be able to pick and download those directly from your gallery.

What if I want prints, extra digital images or other items?

The online gallery you recieve is also an online shop! You will be able to order directly from the gallery and physical products will be sent right to your door. Need some help deciding or feel better if I place the order? Give me a call and we can either walk through it on the phone or set up a meeting to order your items.

What if I don’t want my images on the internet?

Every contract asks permission to use your images on social media, if you select “no” they will never be seen on my pages. I respect all client’s privacy desires in regards to the internet. Your gallery can be passworded and the only way it can be accessed is through the link I provide to you. If you are still not comfortable with that just let me know ahead of time and we will schedule a meeting to go through your images together.

A young girl with long curly hair wearing a white t-shirt with avocado graphics and the text 'Holy Guacamole, it's my birthday,' standing in front of a green and white paper lantern backdrop, smiling with her arms outstretched. She has a colorful beaded necklace, a green bow in her hair, and a plush avocado purse hanging around her neck. There are wooden crates and faux avocado and black egg-like objects on the floor.

Such an amazing photographer!! Mandy has an amazing personality and we can’t wait to see how this batch of family portraits turns out!
